Shipment guidelines & pricing notes02 / EU parcel fee
The separate €3 per-parcel EU fee is included as $3.50 in your quote, under “EU VAT”. This fee applies from July 1, 2026 and is independent of IOSS.
03 / Declared-value surcharge
The 25% declared-value estimate for EU orders is a reference note only and is not added to this quote. Declared values must be accurate.
04 / Eligible goods
These rates are for ordinary goods only. Liquids, creams, batteries and other restricted items require a separate review.
05 / Tracking & units
Full tracking service is included. The rate card specifies a minimum chargeable unit of 1 g.
06 / Same-day dispatch
Orders received before 11:00 a.m. Beijing time can be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day.
Exclusive customer rates are subject to final shipment review. The published rate card applies to shipments between 1–5 kg. Please contact your account manager for shipments outside this range.
